Jacobs, Elizabeth: My research interests include looking at dietary risk factors for colorectal cancer. In particular, I do research regarding fiber and colorectal adenoma recurrence in the Wheat Bran Fiber trial, and also regarding vitamin D, vitamin D receptor polymorphisms, and colorectal adenoma recurrence.
