Cushing, Jim: Nonlinear dynamics, population dynamics, theoretical ecology
Michod, Richard: Theoretical population genetics. Evolution of interactions within populations. Cooperation and conflict. Evolution of sex. Evolution of social behavior. Current work uses colvocalean green algae as a model experimental system.
Montfort, William: We study the structure, function and dynamics of proteins to understand how they work at a fundamental level, both in vivo and in vitro, and how they fail in disease. Our primary area of research concerns nitric oxide signaling pathways.
Secomb, Timothy: Mathematical aspects of microcirculation and blood rheology; physiological fluid mechanics
Tabor, Michael: Nonlinear dynamics; Biomathematics
Watkins, Joe: Research interests involve probability theory and stochastic processes applied to problems in stochastic modeling of biological phenomena. Current projects include reading social structure from the genome; the role of marriage rules in the structure of genetic relatedness; and microsatellite evolution.
