Brigham, Lindy: interactions of plants and microorganisms
Bronstein, Judith: ecological and evolutionary dynamics of mutualisms, conservation of species interactions
Chandler, Vicki: Our research investigates mechanisms of gene silencing in plants. We use functional genomics and forward and reverse genetics to study paramutation, transposable elements, transgene silencing, and chromatin control of gene expression.
Comrie, Andrew: Expertise includes synoptic climatology, urban and regional air pollution, climate variability and change, climate and health, multivariate statistical climate analysis, and computerized map-pattern recognition and classification techniques.
Cusanovich, Michael: The Cusanovich laboratory focus on studies of protein structure and function, with an emphasis on biological recognition (protein-protein interactions), the role and mechanisms of protein dynamics in biologically relevant processes, and aspects of bacterial metabolism.
Giacomelli, Gene: Research interests include controlled environment plant productions systems [greenhouse and growth chamber] research, design, development and applications, with emphases on: crop production systems, nutrient delivery systems, environmental control, mechanization, and labor productivity.
Grogan, Thomas:
Jorgensen, Richard: Sense cosuppression and RNA silencing in plants, epigenetic mechanisms of gene regulation, evolutionary diversification of the chromatin proteome, and functional genomics
